Eastern European Property High On Purchase Trail

A Homebuyer survey has found that UK investors are turning to overseas property, with emerging markets being the most popular.  The poll, conducted among 2000 investors for the Homebuyer Show North in Manchester, found that more than three quarters of investors plan to buy an overseas property. Nearly a third of those surveyed believed emerging market property offer the best opportunities to add to their portfolio, as they can be established for as little as £30,000.

The lure of cheap products in idyllic surroundings is tempting.  Never forget that a few years ago some of these places were war torn or under communist rule.  It is quite scary how many people 'leave their brains at the airport'.  Get advice from specialist international financial advisers such as ourselves before you part with any cash.   Ignore the warning at your peril.
