Claims Management Firms Cause Problems.
According to Principality Building Society chief executive Peter Griffiths, around 80 per cent of claims for PPI are from claims management companies, causing building societies to accuse them of submitting claims without their clients’ knowledge.
Andrew Montlake, Coreco director believes that there has been a lot of mis-selling regarding PPI, but the way that claims management firms approach the situation is not helping.
