The board at Britannia Building Society have rejected the resolutions made by Richard Yendall, as part of his bid to be elected to the board, as not legal. They say they have taken legal advice and believe the resolutions invalid. This, however, does not affect Mr Yendall's bid to be elected to the board.
Is this all smoke and mirrors? Is it a smear campaign? Who knows?
