A survey from National Savings & Investments has found that young people are the best savers in Britain. People between the ages of 16-19 saved 10.11%, which is higher than all other age groups in the UK.
Over the past year, men have consistently saved more than women with 60% for men, compared with just over 50% for women. Part-time workers saved the highest percentage of income in every season over the past 12 months, except winter.
