The Government is urging people to claim any winter fuel payments they may have become entitled to. If you were 60 or over, on or before 22 September 2002, you could be missing out on £200.
According to the Pensions Minister, Ian McCartney, you have until 31 March 2003 to claim your payments. Those of you that received the winter fuel payment previously should have automatically been paid.
