Along the lines of our Halifax lottery story , Abbey National have recently completed a survey of people, asking what home they would buy with their lottery winnings.
Whilst most people didn't fancy a castle or mansion with a pool, almost a quarter said they would buy a cottage. Another 18% they would buy a bungalow.
