UK Protection and Savings Gap
An Axa survey has suggested that up to 50% of the UK population would be in serious financial trouble if they lose their jobs or income.
The survey suggests that 45% of the population have no insurance protectiob and around 50% of the population have savings of less than £1000 with nearly 75% saving less than than £100pm and up to 40% not saving at all.
