Two Unauthorised Financial Advisers Arrested.
The Financial Services Authority executed search warrants, with the help of the West Midlands Police, on 3 premises in the West Midlands and 2 people were arrested.
The individuals are suspected of providing financial advice when not authorised to do so and making misleading statements to investors. The investigation is ongoing and no one has been charged at this stage.
