Student Property Hot Spots
According to the Property Investor Show, landlords who let out student accommodation in Manchester, Hull and Bangor will achieve an annual rental yield in excess of 7 per cent. It added that Nottingham is the best student town to buy rental property, with low property prices and higher rents.
Managing director of the Property Investor Show, Nick Clark said, “There is a great opportunity in increasing demand for student accommodation and to also take advantage of lower house prices.
