State Pension Worry
According to a report by The Pensions Advisory Service (TPAS), women are worried and lack knowledge about the State Pension scheme. The report follows up on the Women’s Pensions Helpline, which launched in February 2008, initially for a limited period, but has been kept open on a permanent basis due to demand.
The report shows that 57 per cent of calls are about the State Pension and the report concludes that there is a need for more improved communication of the State Pension.
