First Time Buyers Concession - 0% up to £300,000 and 5% between £300,001 to £500,000 but if purchase exceeds £500,000 then £300,000 concession is lost and 0% 'band' reverts to £125,000 with normal home buyer rates. Additional Home Purchase - nil rate band reduced from £125,000 to £40,000 with 5% extra SDLT payable on each band rate.
