Royal & Sun Alliance's (RSA) Dublin based subsidiary company Eurolife is to be taken over by Skandia.
Skandia's plans to increase European business will be aided by this purchase and the good news is that no job cuts are planned.
The amount paid by Skandia for the acquisition has not been disclosed but RSA's coffers should be slightly plumper.
