Second Japan Earthquake Unsettles Markets.

A second earthquake yesterday with a tsunami warning of a possible 3ft wave has again rattled markets across the World.  The FTSE fell 40 points and the Dow Jones dropped 100 points.

According to the BBC, the quake was 79 miles north of the Fukushima nuclear plant, 40km offshore.
