Repossessions 2011 Up

According to the Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML), they predict that mortgage arrears and repossessions will rise next year, reflecting the continuing pressure on household finances.

As lenders will have to start repaying about £130bn of emergency lending in 2011, it is very unlikely that the harsh mortgage rationing of the past couple of years will ease off.
