Queen's Speech: FSA Bank Bonus Power

In the Queen’s Speech, it has been announced that the Government will introduce new laws to improve the ways Banks are run and bonuses that they are allowed to pay to bankers.
In short, the Financial Services Authority (FSA), the finance industry regulator will gain news powers to prevent bankers taking excessive risks with powers to "improve governance and control rewards".
