Troubled insurer, Equitable Life, won the right some two weeks ago in the High Court to pursue claims against 9 former directors and executives.
Calls are now being made by the Equitable Policholder Action Group to do exactly that.

Go for it - if there is blame - people should be brought to account for their alleged mistakes.
