Following our recent coverage of Prudential and the moving of their call centre from Reading to India, good news has emerged.
It was originally thought that there would be many redundancies from Reading but Prudential have promised the union Amicus no compulsory redundancies.
Amicus is thought to be recommending people accept Prudential's offer that will avert the expected strike action by call centre staff.
