Poor Grammar Costs Billions

According to the Royal Mail, incorrect grammar and spelling is costing UK businesses an estimated £41 billion in lost sales annually.  A further 70% of customers do not trust businesses with poor communication skills. 

The report showed that 56% of businessmen rely solely on their computers to check spelling and grammar. Corporate culture is also blamed for workers lacking the confidence to highlight errors made by supervisors.
