The Conferderation of British Industry has released figures that the recent upturn in the Stockmarket has assisted pension funds to wipe off £60bn off their defecits.

This is great news and much welcome news. Pension funds have had an extremely difficult time in covering liabilities of pension members despite falling stock market values. This recovery, and indeed, the steady way that it is taking place, is great news for pensioners, savings and the country as a whole.
