One Man Fined One Million.

The Financial Services Authority (FSA) have fined Samuel Kahn £1,094.000 for committing market abuse.  They have also obtained a High Court injunction to prevent him from committing any future market abuse.  

This is the first time which the FSA has used its authority under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 to secure a final injunction against a person to restrain market abuse.
