One in Four Work With No Break

by Ashley Clark, Director

According to a survey by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists, one in four people work all day without a break.

The survey of 3,000 people suggests that more stress is casued by taking no break and cites staff shortages, recession and more as the cause.

A quarter of those polled took no lunch break at all, a third worked through most of theirs.  Many said that they did this because they had too much work to do.
