Everything in the financial services industry seems black at the moment. However, Prudential is looking on the brighter side, along with Friends Provident. Both of these insurers have seen increased business recently and believe it is due to increasing and improving product ranges and their channels for distribution. Although some parts of the business showed lower returns in the last year, the general trend was onwards and upwards.
