Figures published by Nationwide this month for house prices in October have found that house prices rose even quicker than in September.
In September they rose by 1% whilst in October they moved even faster by 2%!

With interest rates increased, more increases expected and property in the South East slowing down - the impact will come - be careful - do not borrow too much.
