Mortgage Fraud Nine In Court.
Following a court hearing at Teeside Crown Court, 9 people have been charged with fraud. The group of people include a family of four and a man who now lives in Lithuania.
Each of them provided false information about their occupations and earnings to try and obtain mortgages. The sentences given range from a 6 month suspended prison sentence to a two year community order.
