The Mortgage Code Compliance Board has issed findings that over 93% of borrowers were happy with the advice that they had received form their mortgage lender.

This research is despite the recent research from Which? The Which research showed that virtually none of the mortgage advisers tested were complyng with the code. See yesterday's story . The Mortgage Code is voluntary and much is being said in the industry currently about Mortgage Brokers and Advisers being bought to task when they move into full, statutory regulation, much in the same way as financial advisers on 1 Novermber 2004 (in just over a month).
