In a report from Savills estate agents it has been found that London is now the most expensive city to live and work in. The list which consists of 12 cities around the globe showed that London is far ahead of the competition overtaking Hong Kong for the first time in 5 years.

The report was designed to help firms who were looking to relocate staff into the costs of different cities, it calculated how much it would cost to rent property and offices. A key factor in this list is currency as the pound is currently a big part of London’s growth.
