Insurance and investment group Liverpool Victoria (LV=) has completed its acquisition of retirement business Tomorrow.
About 220 employees are expected to transfer to Liverpool Victoria (LV=).
Our view
Liverpool Victoria is certainly on a growth and acquisition trail. More providers are consolidating their positions and acquisition is perhaps a good way to do this. Expect more acquisitions.
