Following our stories in August and November last year regarding the two financial advisers who helped people to cash in their pensions and took 20% of the profit, justice has been done.
Mr Russell and Mr Ferguson have both been jailed after pleading guilty to the pension scam that netted them over £1m.
Mr Russell has been jailed for 4 years and Mr Ferguson for 18 months.
