Job Cut Pace Slows Down

Research by the Chartered Institute of Personal Development has found that the rate of job cuts has fallen.

It claims the number of employers looking to cut staff has fallen from 19% to 10% in the last three months.

They still suggest, and we agree, that unemployment will hit 3.2 million in 2010.

The worst is still to come, we suggest winter 2009-2010 will be a difficult time for all.
