Inflation Down But Still High.

The UK inflation rate fell last month to its lowest since February 2010.  The Consumer Prices Index (CPI) fell from 3.5% to 3% and the Retail Prices Index (RPI) fell from 3.6% to 3.5%, according to the Office for National Statistics.
