Housing Market Activity Up.
Figures released by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Rics) suggest that the housing market is starting pick up slightly.
The number of surveys were up to a three year high in March meaning that more people are coming back to the housing market.
Our view
Surveyors will still be nervous of overvaluing property as they become liable if they make drastic mistakes, so despite perhaps more interest, we cannot see house prices moving upwards dramatically for a few years yet.
