House Sales Still Fall
According to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the number of house sales per estate agency has fallen yet again over a three month period.
The average number of sales per estate agent fell to just 10.6 over three months, around 3 sales per month. This is the lowest level since 1978.
However, RICS did add that since interest rates have been cut, there has been an market increase in property interest.
