House Prices Up 1.2%

Halifax has revealed in its monthly House Prices Index that house prices rose again in October, for the fourth consecutive month by 1.2%.
Prices are still lower than this time last year, but over 6 months, they have risen by 7.1%.
We do not see this trend continuing, we anticipate quite a tough winter with house prices to fall away again or hold as they are for the next 4 months.
