House prices Two Year Low.
In the three months to April, house prices were 1.2 per cent lower compared to the previous three months, according to Halifax.
The average UK house price in April was 1.5 per cent lower than in December last year and the current average house price of £160,395 is 4 per cent higher than the same time in April 2009.
