House Prices Stabilise.
According to the Nationwide Building Society Property Index, house prices in July rose by 0.2% only just below what they were valued at the same time last year.
In short, average property prices in the UK have stabilised over the last year with little rise or fall.
Property demand is up as is supply of houses on the market but this is generally the case in the summer months.
It is only really in London and the South East where property transactions are bucking the UK trend.
