Principality Building Society, has released figures that show the average house in the principality of Wales increased by nearly 33% in the last 12 months.
They say this was based upon increased average earnings but is now starting to slow.
Our view
Wealth accumulation in the form of property seems to have now graced all sectors of the UK. The interest rate increases by the Bank of England on 10 June 2004 are just too little, too late.
Expect more painful increases.
