The National Association of Estate Agents have reported that the numbers of new people planning to enter the house buying market has fallen.
They said that home seekers fell in May by 13.6% and new application enquiries had fallen by 24.1% over the last three months.

Interest rates, the fear of further increases of the same and house price increases have certainly impacted on demand.
Prices have still continued to rise but we expect a slow down gradually over the next six months.
