HIPs Cut Property Sale Time 2 Weeks
The Association of Home Information Pack Providers (Ahipp) claims that buyers are now able to make better informed decisions.
The association also claims that HIPs have benefited buyers and sellers by reducing the time taken to exchange contracts by an average of 12 days. It asserts that the introduction of HIPs has resulted in a reduction of the price of a local authority search, by an average of 30 per cent.
