Legal & General has launched a new leaflet promoting the benefits of healthy eating, following the excesses of Christmas. The leaflet, produced in association with the British Heart Foundation is being made available to policyholders of the life office.

Healthy eating needs promoting to everyone, even though Legal & General are most probably doing it for publicity. But, choosing a worthwhile topic such as this is commendable.
We understand that copies of the leaflet can be picked up from the British Heart Foundation. They can also be ordered in bulk in return for a donation.
