Half Of First Time Buyers Buy With Partner

A report in mortgage magazine Mortgage Solutions has said that Alliance & Leicester has issued some findings that 57% of first time buyers do buy a property with their partner yet only 22% cite the reason for buying together as wanting to live together.  The stance appeared to be that pooling their savings was one of the main reasons for buying together.

Our view

No shocks there.  Couples pooling their money to be able to afford a home?  Ridiculous!!  It will never catch on! ...............
