Governments Helping Hand With Employment Law

The government plans to run a shared HR resource for small firms, helping companies understand and implement employment regulations.

Ministers are aware of the need to strike the right balance between best practice and regulation. The Government will provide free or subsidised advice clinics to employers with less than 50 staff on employment law matters. This will initially be conducted as a pilot scheme.
