What to expect:

• Personal tax allowance increase to over £9,000 to help us all
• Mansion Tax on properties over £2m
  
• Tax penalties on people who own high value property in offshore companies to avoid stamp duty
• Increased taxes on beer and wine
• Reduce additional higher earner income tax from 50p to 45p to stop high earners and big companies exiting the UK and taking jobs and companies overseas
  
• Possible pension tax relief cut for higher earners or
• Annual Pension Allowance Reduction to hit higher earner pension contributions with more tax penalties
  
• Public sector pay restructure based upon regional and large town allowances
• Help for small and medium sized businesses
