Floods Claims Cost GBP100m

The Association of British Insurers (ABI) has estimated that flood claims from Scotland and Cumbria could cost over £100m.
We suggest that if you need to claim, you should do so early as many insurers will be set up special claims teams, as the number of claims will hit many thousands over the coming weeks.
In addition, if you have had to keep all receipts for emergency power, flood protection, accommodation or others, as you will need to prove financial loss.
