The Government Inquiry, led by Lord Penrose, into the Equitable Life fiasco, looks set for a further delay.
The "Who is to blame?" "What should the Regulator have done?" What should the Government have done?" report was promised for release by the end of the summer.
The Inquiry team have now said that it is not likely to be finished until November.
