Our view
The advantage of buy low sell high applies today as it does everyday. Currently stockmarkets and property markets are volatile and have fallen. This presents a good time to invest not a poor time. Remember, clever investors will invest when they see headlines like ‘decline’, ‘huge falls’, ‘stockmarket crash’. Now is the time to consider investing, you just have to hold your nerve.
