Clerical Medical With-Profits
Following its recent six monthly review of it’s with-profits fund, Clerical Medical have announced the following - regular bonus rates will be maintained, but due to the current market conditions, there will be small reductions in final bonuses, however, MVRs will not be increased. Most total values slightly reduced. Clerical Medical said even though total values have reduced slightly, a with-profits investment does still provide some protection from the extremes of stock market ups and downs.
They also reviewed their £ denominated offshore with-profits fund. The results are as follows – Bonus interest rates remain unchanged, there will be no increases in MVAs and some terminal bonuses are reducing.
