The Confederation of British Industry has announced the results of its most recent business survey, which has very positive results.
The CBI surveyed 220 companies earlier this year in terms of how optimistic they were about their businesses. More than 50% had increased optimism and therefore the potential for increased employment and demand for premises.
Our View
The UK needs some good business news. People work exceptionally hard whilst being battered by new laws and directives from Europe. Confidence is rising because interest rates have not rocketed and property prices have continued to grow. This has meant increased assets for property owning companies and continued cheaper borrowing.
