Investment fund managers Merrill Lynch have suggested that a Bush win in the US election will be a strong plus point for recover in the economy.
Our view
Have they read “Dude, Where’s My Country?” Most of us know little of US politics or their economy. However, whoever takes the Oval room will no doubt have earned it by being pleasant, law abiding citizens, with no hidden agenda, and certainly no eye on wealth or power accumulation. Whoever is in power, much as in the UK, the US market will recover!
