Budget 2006 _ Pension Funds and Inheritance Tax Concession

Published / Last Updated on 22/03/2006

The Government confirmed their support for this Inheritance Tax concession will remain after the new laws come into force but Inheritance Tax will be payable for alternatively secured pension rights where death occurs after age 75.
