Bright Grey Rebrands to Royal London.

Specialist protection insurance company Bright Grey, whilst being owned by Royal London for some years now, is to be rebranded under Royal London's name.

Royal London is reaffirming its ambition to become the United Kingdom's most recognised and recommended insurance provider.

Royal London had already achieved significant market share with its acquisition of specialist life insurance and protection provider Scottish Provident in addition to Bright Grey as well as its own Royal London products.

Royal London has confirmed that it will expand its overall protection product range by bringing together the best of the three protection ranges to offer a comprehensive insurance protection offering.

You will not see significant changes if you have existing Bright Grey policies apart from the name change.

We believe the merger of the above brands will bring cost savings to the group which will be reflected in new policy premiums as well as bringing together the underwriting claims experiences of the brands to hopefully deliver more competitive contracts.
